              • In the top left of the level screen there is a button for home. On many levels you can only draw a single line, however if you have more than 1 line credit it shows under the home button.
              • In the top center the current level number is shown. Under the level a meter for how much more line you can draw (with start rating denotations on it).
              • The top right corner has a restart level button.

                • Emojis
                  • Levels may have a single emoji or multiple emojis on them.
                    • Emojis can rest on the ground, hold onto a ceiling, or be put in an inanimate suspended state that you have to activate.
                    • You must protect every emoji on the stage from all hazards including: falling off platform, spikes, balls shot by the pipes.
                      • Emojis can bump into each other and rest on each other without hurting each other.
                      • Similarly the large pink balls do not hurt emojis.
                      • Inactive emojis
                        • Some emojis are partly transparent, indicating they are in an inactive state.
                        • When you tap them they turn to an active state. If they are in midair or are on an uneven platform they will roll or fall when activated.
                        • On some levels you need precise timing on when to activate emojis to take advantage of moving platforms, avoid a rotating platform, hit a rotating platform at the correct angle, or avoid spikes.
                        • Lines
                          • On many levels you can only draw a single line.
                            • If you have more than 1 line credit it will show in the upper left corner of the game.
                            • If you have more line credits than you need you can quickly tap on the pipe to use a remaining credit without impacting your star rating.
                            • Lines do not need to be straight, and often require you to make a curve, a ramp, or an oval.
                            • Lines can be drawn for various purposes including:
                              • blocking pipes
                              • protecting emojis from balls
                              • creating a platform the emojis can fall onto
                              • knocking over a ball or setting multiple balls in motion to block pipe or create a barrier in front of an emoji
                              • pushing an emoji
                              • Lines which are not anchored to anything and are not on a platform can fall downward.
                                • You need to ensure at least some part of a line is anchored or expect it to move.
                                • Lines can not be drawn in areas with a red background, but can fall into them.
                                • The pipes start shooting balls a couple seconds after you have used all line credits and any light colored emoji has been brought to its regular color.
                                • Star ratings
                                  • You can earn up to a 3-star rating based on how much protective line you pour, with less line used equating to a higher rating.
                                  • A meter at the top center shows how much line credit you used, how much remains, and where the star rating demarcations are.
                                  • Levels
                                    • This game has 80 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
                                      • You can go back to previously beat levels at any time to try to earn a higher rating on them.
                                      • You can beat a level even with a zero star rating to unlock the next level, then come back to the level with a poor rating later to try to improve it.
                                      • To beat a level you have to fully protect all the emojis on the stage.
                                        • After all of your line credits are used and all emojis are in an active state the pipes will fire balls for a couple seconds. If any ball hits an emoji you lose the level.
                                        • You also lose a level if: an emoji falls off platform, an emoji rolls out of frame left or right, or an emoji hits a spike.
                                        • The pipes start shooting balls a couple seconds after you have used all line credits and any light colored emoji has been brought to its regular color.
                                          • In some cases it makes sense to wait to activate an inactive emoji until you have some other parts of the level moved around a bit.
                                          • This game offers unlimited continues, allowing you to easily restart any failed level.
                                          • Strategy
                                            • Much of this game comes down to creating ramps, understanding physics, and thinking through second order effects and your order of operation.
                                              • You often need to create a safe bed for inactive emojis to fall onto & create lips or walls on the side so they don’t roll off either side.
                                              • If you beat a level with a poor rating continue to other levels then come back to the level you found hard later.
                                                • If you are struggling to beat a level you can ask for tips in the comments below.
