How to Play

Play Engineerio online for free. Engineerio is a 30-level HTML5 physics game where players must roll a red ball into the green target destination by eliminating white circle objects to move the planks. This game is rendered using mobile-friendly HTML design, so it works on desktop computers, laptops like the Google Chromebook, tablets like the iPad, and mobile devices like the iPhone. Play this game on computers powered by the Microsoft Windows operating system, the Apple OS X Mac operating system, and mobile phones like the iPhone powered by iOS or Google Android powered Samsung phones.

Starting the Game

Click or tap the play arrow button in the middle of the screen.
- This will lead you to the level select screen.
- You can start from level 1 or select from unlocked levels you have previously completed.
- The game automatically stores your progress in your local web browser.
- If you unlock all 30 levels, you can replay each level anytime.
- Opening Screen Buttons
  - On the top left corner of the screen is an audio button. Select it to toggle the game’s music and sound effects “on” or “off.”
  - On the bottom left corner of the screen there are 2 social media share buttons:
    - 1st is an “F” button. It’s a sharable link for a Facebook post to tell your friends about the game.
    - 2nd is a “t” button. It’s a sharable link for a Twitter post to tell your friends about the game.
    - On the bottom right corner of the screen is the “More Games” button. This redirects you to view more games available in the site.
    - On the top right corner of the screen is an “X” button. Avoid pressing it. It will remove the game screen.
    - Game Controls
      - The idea is to eliminate the correct white circles in a level to move a red ball to the target green destination. This is done by removing the right white circles and having the plank fall into the right place at the right time.
      - Mouse
        Using your mouse, figure out which white circles to remove. Left click on a circle and it instantly destroys it. This causes planks to move, which makes the red ball roll or fall a certain way.
        Think of which white circles to remove to roll the red ball toward the green target direction.
        The position of the white circles and the timing in which you remove it influences the planks and eventually affect the red ball’s movement.
        Note that the game does not use keyboard buttons to manipulate the course.
        Touchscreen
        Using your finger, simply tap a white circle to remove it. This causes a plank to move, affecting the red ball to roll or fall in a certain direction.
        Figure out which circles to remove in order to control how the plank falls. This influences the red ball’s movement.
        The position of the white circles and the timing in which you remove it impacts how moving planks move and the how the red ball rolls.
        Other In-Game Options
        The “Level” indicator is located on the top middle part of the game. This shows the current level you’re playing.
        On the upper right corner of the screen are 2 buttons:
        The 1st one is the reset level button. Select this if you want to replay the current game level.
        You can manually click on the reset button or wait for the ball to fall off the screen or be popped out.
        The 2nd button on the top right corner is the level select button. This takes you to the level select screen.
        Level Complete Screen Display
        Once you’ve completed the level, it will take you to the Level Complete Screen.
        There are 3 available buttons on the middle of the screen under the word “Complete”.
        The “Hamburger” button takes you to the level select screen.
        The “Refresh” button lets you replay the same level.
        The “Next level” button takes you to the next level.
        In-game user interface options are also available on the level complete screen.
        Game Over Screen Display
        Once you’ve failed the level, it will take you to the Game Over Screen.
        There are 3 available buttons on the middle of the screen under the word “Game Over”.
        The “Hamburger” button takes you to the level select screen.
        The “Refresh” button lets you replay the same level.
        The “Next level” button is grayed out. This is not accessible on the Game Over Screen.
        There are also 2 available social media links on the bottom of the game.

        Strategy
        This is a modern minimalist physics puzzle game where you figure out how to guide the ball toward a specific location without having to touch it directly.
        As you progress, expect to face more challenging puzzles and extra complicated game mechanics like portals, spikes, etc.
        Only white circle objects can be removed.
        Long solid colored platforms will move when you remove the white circles.
        Long diagonally patterned platforms are static. These do not move at all.
        The level gets harder and trickier as you progress later in the game.
        Plan your moves and time it perfectly to get the desired result. There are times you must remove the white circle fast enough to time the ball’s movement with the plank and generate enough momentum.
        The game gets more challenging as the level gets higher. Expect to do several trials and errors before you can solve a level.
        You can retry a level for an unlimited number of times. There is no time limit so you are encouraged to take your time figuring out the right moves.
        This game requires creativity, critical thinking, and tests your problem solving skills. So be patient with each level.
        You can replay unlocked levels anytime to relive the challenge. Enjoy solving all 30 levels of this brain teaser physics puzzle game.
